You'll receive competitive quotes from our verified logistics service providers, each one checked by our team before you see it. Our platform walks you through each step, and our support team is available 24/7 to assist.

Entering the marketplace is completely FREE on both sides. Posting an RFQ is free - you do not even need an account - and sending a quotation is free too. We charge a platform fee only on a successful transaction. Logistics Service Providers can also choose from flexible subscription plans for enhanced visibility and priority access to RFQs.

All logistics service providers undergo our rigorous verification process: 1) GST & business registration verification, 2) Documentation verification (licenses, certifications), 3) Company profile and credentials review, 4) Ongoing performance monitoring based on service quality. Only logistics service providers who meet our quality standards receive the "Verified Partner" badge.

Most logistics service seekers receive their first quotes within 24 hours of posting an RFQ. You can typically expect 3-5 competitive quotes within 48 hours. For urgent requirements, mark your RFQ as "Priority" to get faster responses from our ready-to-serve logistics service providers.

Once a logistics service seeker accepts your quotation and places an order, you can directly coordinate with the logistics service seeker for agreement creation. Vine Logistics Hub facilitates the connection and order management, but payments are handled directly between you and the logistics service seeker through your preferred payment methods (NEFT, RTGS, UPI, or bank transfer). You can track all orders and their status through your logistics service provider dashboard.
